SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All items which are ordered without garment embellishment will be processed and dispatched within 2 working days. Orders are dispatched via courier with 48-hour delivery service and you will receive an email to let you know your order has been despatched. It is rare that an order doesn’t turn up, but this may happen occasionally due to unforeseen circumstances. If this does happen, please see the carrier's website for more information and support.

Garment embellishment leadtimes

If you are choosing a garment embellishment service, please allow 7-10 working days from the receipt of your order for your order to be despatched. When we receive your order, we will send you a proof for approval. We will not commence the embellishment service until your approval is received, therefore this may have an impact despatch times.
