RETURNS POLICY, REFUNDS & TERMS

​Returns and Restocking Charges

If you change you mind after purchase we have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, however we will have to charge a £25 restocking fee.

Due to this, we kindly request you double check the sizing chart for the items you are ordering before purchase to ensure everything will fit.

Product Suitability and Terms to consider before purchase

Please bare in mind the colours of the items may display slightly differently on different screens and devices, and versions of colours may differ from brand to brand. Where possible, refer to a lifestyle shot of a product which will give a more accurate interpretation of a colour than a swatch or name. Things to consider before you order to ensure you're choosing an accurate item:

  1. Colour representation is only as accurate as printing and online reproduction processes allow. 
     

  2. Certain brands use pigment dying techniques and slight shade variations are inherent in the process. Images of pigment-dyed goods are therefore only as accurate as this allows. 
     

  3. Sizes quoted are ‘to fit’ in inches, unless otherwise stated. They’re not indicative of the actual size of the garment as some styles are designed to be worn loose/baggy and others fitted. 
     

  4. Unless otherwise stated, sizes shown are UK sizes. These are approximate and for guidance only. Please refer to individual product size guides, where available, for clarification.  
     

  5. Every care is taken to ensure that product details are accurate at the time of publishing. 

Garment Embellishment Terms

If you are using our embellishment service, you must only supply images, logos and artwork that do not infringe any Copyright. When you upload files to us you are agreeing that you have permission to use the images, logos and artwork. We take no responsibility for any Copyright infringements.

Garments which have been embellished are non-returnable.

 

Returns Policy

We have a 14-day returns policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We cannot accept returns for garments which have been embellished. 


To start a return, you can contact us at hello@eastcoasttextiles.co.uk, specifying your reason for return and we will give instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, as mentioned above, a £25 restocking fee will need to be charged at time of return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that the postage costs for returning any items will need to be paid for by the customer.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Personalised and embellished items cannot be returned due to their customisation.  
Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items. 

 

Exchanges

If you need to exchange your item, for example for a different size, please contact us to initiate the return of the item. Please note there will be a £25 restocking charge payable for returns where the items are not faulty. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
